It's Monday

Your meme is hosted here: http://bookjourney.wordpress.com/

I'm about halfway through One Hundred Years of Solitude, which I'm reading on my lunchbreaks at work, so it's slow-going.

It's always good to revisit a favourite though.

I started The Snow Child by Eowyn Levy yesterday, and on Saturday, finished The Natural History of Dragons by Marie Brennan.

Not sure what's up next, but I'm hopefully back on track after a relatively slow reading patch.

What are you reading?

Oh, I'm waiting to read One Hundred Years of Solitude too. I enjoyed his other novella, Memories of My Melancholy Whores.

My current read is 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami!

I'm in a bit of a slow patch, too. I decided to read what I want to read for now. Hope that helps.

Here's my It's Monday!

Would love to read One Hundred Years...I think Oprah's club read it a few years ago. I'm scared it will go complete over my head. Would love to know your thoughts about it.

Josette: I read Memories of my Melancholy Whore last year - really enjoyed it. I tried IQ84 but I couldn't get into it. I really enjoyed The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle, though.

Deb: That's what I'm working on, too. :-)

Kathy: I liked the novel, but I couldn't call it a favourite. It was enjoyable though.

Tea Norman: This is my fourth time reading it and I'm sure parts of it still go over my head. I do love it though.

Gautami: Thank you! :D

Nise: I'm still working on it, but yes I'm enjoying it too.

Elizabeth: Thanks! You too!

I have been considering the Snow Child. It would fit the weather category of What's in a Name Challenge. Just sayin'.
